At Kabirbrah Fitness, every consultation and coaching program requires us to reserve dedicated professional time and resources. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment.
By booking a consultation or enrolling in any coaching program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
1. Consultation Fee
The consultation fee is charged solely for reserving professional time for your discovery session.
Once your consultation has been booked, the time slot is reserved exclusively for you and is no longer available to other clients.
Accordingly, all consultation fees are strictly non refundable, regardless of whether you attend the consultation or decide to enroll in a coaching program.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, you may request to reschedule by providing reasonable notice. Rescheduling requests may be accommodated at the sole discretion of Kabirbrah Fitness.
2. Coaching Program Fees
Coaching fees are charged for the professional expertise, time, program design, onboarding, planning, accountability, educational resources, and ongoing coaching support provided throughout your coaching program.
Your coaching program is considered to have commenced once any onboarding activity or coaching service has begun, including but not limited to reviewing your application, assessing your information, creating your coaching profile, reviewing your health history, reviewing progress photos, designing your personalised program, allocating coaching resources, or providing any coaching guidance.
Once the coaching process has commenced, all coaching fees paid are strictly non refundable.
3. Cancellation by the Client
You may choose to discontinue your coaching program at any time by providing written notice to [email protected].
Cancellation by the client does not entitle the client to any refund of fees already paid and does not release the client from any outstanding payment obligations agreed to at the time of enrollment.
4. Installment Plans
Where a coaching program has been purchased using an approved installment plan, the client remains responsible for paying the full agreed coaching fee.
Failure to complete installment payments may result in suspension or termination of coaching services without affecting the client's obligation to pay any remaining outstanding balance.
5. Cancellation by Kabirbrah Fitness
Kabirbrah Fitness reserves the right to suspend or terminate coaching services where a client:
Provides false or misleading information.
Engages in abusive, threatening, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour.
Repeatedly fails to comply with the agreed coaching process.
Engages in conduct that makes continuation of the coaching relationship unreasonable.
Termination of coaching services by Kabirbrah Fitness shall not automatically entitle the client to a refund.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact Kabirbrah Fitness directly to attempt to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through their bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or financial institution.
Kabirbrah Fitness reserves the right to provide signed agreements, onboarding documents, coaching records, communications, payment records, progress logs, and any other relevant documentation in response to any payment dispute, legal proceeding, or regulatory enquiry.
